+ What is the minimum stay?

Minimum stay is set to suit your property and the market — often a couple of nights for short-term rentals, and we can raise it around peak periods or lower it to capture last-minute gaps. For mid-term work it starts at roughly a month. We tune it dynamically to maximise your total revenue.

+ Can we extend or shorten a stay?

Yes — mid-term and corporate stays are flexible, and we handle extensions or early departures against the calendar and pricing, keeping the paperwork and payments straight. It's one of the advantages of the mid-term model over a fixed 12-month tenancy.

+ Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes — for owners with multiple properties, or corporate clients placing regular bookings, we tailor the commission and terms to reflect the volume. Talk to us about your portfolio and we'll put together pricing that works at scale.
